About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer to join our team at Creative Personnel. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that brings our brand to life.

Your primary focus will be on developing innovative design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive business results. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design concepts that align with our brand's visual identity
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and effective visual content
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, motion graphics, and video production
  • Provide design guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud
