Rural Surveyor Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced surveyor to join our Estate Management Team in Inverness, Scotland. As a Rural Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the management of diverse rural property portfolios on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of agricultural, residential, and commercial property, as well as natural capital, renewable energy, and sporting rights.
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow and P&L budgets, ensuring clients' income and expenditure align with targets.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, communicating effectively through written and oral reports.
Requirements:
  • Chartered RICS membership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments
  • Full driving license and own vehicle
