**About the Role**

SF Recruitment (Birmingham) is seeking a highly organized and process-driven individual to join our team as an HR Operations Advisor. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of HR operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement efficient HR processes and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve employee experience
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement
  • Develop and maintain HR-related policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a related field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
