About the Role

Ferrero is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team in Greenford, London, as the Marketing Manager for the Premium Chocolate Category. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving targets related to profit and loss, market share, and competitive positioning within the assigned category.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage advertising, promotions, research, and market analysis costs within budget
  • Collaborate with the Regional Category Director Premium Chocolate to define positioning and strategies for the category
  • Assist in setting volumes and sales value budgets, and managing the brand portfolio
  • Develop and execute advertising strategies, manage creative agencies, and communicate media plans
  • Analyze market data to suggest action plans and drive sales forecast process
  • Lead strategic business partnerships and maintain the company's image
Requirements

We are looking for a marketing professional with a solid background in FMCG, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, and experience in team management. You should be able to strategically articulate the brand through agency management and have proficiency in strategic brand and innovation development. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of trade dynamics and the capability to drive shopper strategy in coordination with the Trade Marketing Head.
