We are seeking a Marketing Executive to take lead in executing brand and trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, influencer partnerships, and strengthen relationships with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns, including product launches, in-store promotions, and sampling programs.
  • Help coordinate photoshoots and content creation for product marketing materials, such as brochures, catalogues, and in-store displays.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Support the planning and execution of trade marketing activities, including merchandising strategies, retailer training, and promotional events.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of trade marketing initiatives with overall sales objectives.
  • Help manage relationships with retail partners, ensuring brand guidelines are followed and marketing materials are effectively utilized.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of trade marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement based on data insights.
  • Coordinate and manage timelines for marketing projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers for the production of marketing materials and point-of-sale (POS) assets.
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking marketing collateral and inventory.
  • Assist in organizing marketing events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event evaluations.
  • Keep marketing databases and assets up to date, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of materials to relevant parties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or internships in marketing, preferably within the beauty, luxury, or FMCG sectors.
  • Mid-Level (2-4 years of experience).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of market research and data analysis.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with retailers or within a trade marketing role.
  • Familiarity with premium or luxury brand marketing.
