Job Title: Bistro Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement F&B strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction
  2. Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional service and quality
  3. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff proficiency and adherence to brand standards
  4. Monitor competition and identify opportunities to improve F&B operations
  5. Ensure compliance with all brand standards and departmental SOPs
  6. Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal levels and efficiency
  7. Regularly inspect food and beverage quality to ensure consistency and excellence
  8. Collaborate with stewarding to control inventory and breakage
  9. Ensure cash operations, administration, and audits align with Pullman procedures
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

Requirements:
  1. Proven leadership and training experience with strong motivational skills
  2. 3 years' experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant, preferably in an international hotel chain
  3. Proficient in English language
  4. Passion for delivering exceptional service and quality
  5. Enthusiastic and positive personality with ability to build strong relationships
  6. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  7. High degree of professionalism, commercial, and creative capabilities, energy, and determination
  8. Proven organizational skills, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results
  9. Computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office
