About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Data and Insights to join our team at Allexo Search. As a key member of our Commercial Leadership Team, you will play a strategic role in shaping our data and insights services.

As a Head of Data and Insights, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to our data and insights teams. You will collaborate with internal departments such as commercial, sales & marketing, and product development to align data initiatives with business goals.

You will develop new insights services and drive data-driven strategies that directly impact client objectives. You will lead the production of actionable insights and coach your team to deliver top-notch results.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring the successful communication of insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and guide the day-to-day operations of the data and insights teams.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align data initiatives with business goals.
  • Develop new insights services and drive data-driven strategies.
  • Lead the production of actionable insights and coach your team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in data and insights, particularly in sales and marketing contexts.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent communication abilities and confidence in presenting to clients at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI and experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
