Job Role

As a Residential Team Leader with The Cambian Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our young residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting the needs of the children and young people in accordance with Ofsted regulations
  • Planning team rotas and supporting the Deputy and Home Manager in various meetings and appointments
  • Assisting the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager in implementing all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
  • Supervising in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
  • Welcome a diverse culture in the home and creating a safe, family environment for the children

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be at least 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations
  • To have a valid driving license, as driving is essential for this role
  • To have at least six months' experience in children's residential care and hold a relevant Level 3 qualification
