Business Continuity and Resilience Manager

Position Summary
The Business Continuity and Resilience Manager will play a pivotal role in facilitating the establishment and execution of the Operational Resilience Framework and its related policies at Northern Trust Corporation. This position is essential for bolstering the Firm's capability to withstand and recover from significant operational disruptions. The manager will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure compliance with the resiliency office's methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and support components of the Operational Resilience Framework and its methodologies
- Proactively manage the Assurance team within the Resiliency Office
- Supervise the resiliency program, encompassing the Operational Resilience Business Services Lifecycle and the Business Continuity Assurance Framework
- Aid in the deployment and assimilation of the Operational Resilience framework across various legal entities within Asset Servicing
- Evaluate business continuity needs and formulate recovery strategies for Asset Servicing
- Assess the implications of new product introductions and organizational modifications on the resiliency strategy for Asset Servicing
- Identify and address intricate operational challenges using appropriate resources
- Keep abreast of regulatory standards and internal policies pertinent to operational resilience and business continuity
