Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business, identifying and mitigating risks, and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks that could impact our business.
- Business Continuity Planning: Develop and maintain business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption in the event of an incident.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior leadership on operational performance and risk management.
Requirements:
- Strong Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in operational risk management, business continuity planning, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, data platforms, and corporate technologies. Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
