About This Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Director to lead our Invoice Finance Sales team across Scotland and the North East region. This is a pivotal role, driving growth and delivering tailored working capital solutions to both existing and new clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of Associate Directors, empowering them to provide customized invoice discounting and factoring solutions to clients.
  • Cultivate and manage key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including professional services firms, brokers, and valuers.
  • Collaborate effectively across the organization to contribute to product development, risk identification and mitigation, portfolio management, and transformation initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop compelling business cases to capitalize on market opportunities and drive strategic growth.
