We are seeking an experienced Billing & Credit Team Leader to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of credit controllers to achieve collection targets.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and motivate a team of credit controllers to achieve collection targets
* Monitor and manage aged debt, implementing strategies to reduce overdue payments
* Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, resolving disputes and queries
* Prepare reports and analysis on outstanding debts and cash flow forecasting
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and invoicing
* Identify opportunities to improve credit control processes and procedures

### Requirements

* Proven experience in a Credit Control role, with leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* A proactive and results-driven approach
