About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Align Club Strategy with Fan Expectations: Collaborate with the Manchester United Executive Team to develop and deliver key projects that align with fan priorities and goals.
  • Provide Strategic Advice: Offer expert advice and support to the Executive Team on matters related to fan engagement, competition, stadium development, and fan experience.
  • Financial Oversight: Receive regular financial updates and discuss key financial matters relating to the Club, subject to compliance with disclosure rules.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with professional groups and fan groups to ensure that projects and initiatives deliver positive outcomes for fans.
  • Integrity and Values: Uphold the integrity and values of the Club in all interactions, respecting diversity and inclusion at all times.
  • Accountability: Hold the FAB to account for actions agreed in quarterly meetings, ensuring progress against agreed actions and objectives.
Requirements
  • Personal Integrity: Possess high levels of personal integrity and a firm commitment to the Club's values of excellence, collaboration, inclusion, and respect.
  • Disclosure and Barring Service Check: Be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check at the appropriate level, as well as provide full reference history.
