Senior Paraplanner Opportunity at Bruin Financial

Bruin Financial, a leading Wealth Manager in the UK, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Paraplanner to join their team in Birmingham. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Wealth Planners in delivering high-quality financial planning advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on a wide range of financial planning products and services, including pensions, life insurance, tax planning, and investment management.
  • Prepare comprehensive suitability reports and other documentation, adhering to the company's processes and compliance framework.
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced paraplanners, contributing to process improvements and coaching junior team members.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Planners to deliver complex advice, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Paraplanner in a Financial Planning company, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality advice.
  • Chartered status or working towards it.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members.
