Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our clients.
About the Role
You will be working closely with our finance business partners and revenue and commercial assurance team to prepare monthly financial positions, including FTE reporting. You will also be responsible for leading on all aspects of annual budgeting, financial business planning, and providing regular returns to government.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial planning and analysis support to our clients
- Work closely with finance business partners and revenue and commercial assurance team to prepare monthly financial positions
- Lead on all aspects of annual budgeting and financial business planning
- Provide regular returns to government
- Work collaboratively with senior leaders to ensure delivery plans are created and implemented
- Line manage the business planning reporting manager
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis concepts and principles. You will also need to have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships.
