We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Quilter Financial Planning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice and protection solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet performance targets and exceed client expectations
  • Prospect and organise meetings to establish new business opportunities
  • Effectively fact-find to understand client finances and future aspirations
  • Provide high-quality mortgage advice and explain different types of mortgages available
  • Explain required insurance and protection products to enable informed client decisions
  • Communicate effectively at all levels and ensure regulatory documentation is completed on time
  • Stay up-to-date with new mortgage and protection products, as well as changes in mortgage regulation
  • Embody company values and promote them effectively

Requirements:

  • CeMAP or relevant mortgage qualification
  • Minimum 5 years+ experience in mortgage and protection advice
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
