Job Title: Quantock Outdoor Education Team Member

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Youth Support Worker to join our growing Quantock Outdoor Education team. As an Outdoor Education Leader and Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality outdoor education programs to children and young people with additional learning needs and/or emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver bespoke outdoor education packages for a range of age groups and needs.
  • Ensure the provision of safe, healthy, and stimulating environments.
  • Work closely with schools and other stakeholders to deliver an all-inclusive education provision.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with young people, families, and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Driving license (essential)
  • Right to work in the UK (essential)
  • Experience of working with children and young people, preferably in an outdoor education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to positively engage and motivate young people, irrespective of their level of needs.
