About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CRM & Database Executive to join our team at Antony James Recruitment. As a key member of our CRM team, you will provide operational support to colleagues and contribute to the daily running of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Issue Resolution: Effectively and efficiently deal with CRM issues, including customer complaints and resolution.
  • Team Support: Contribute to and support the daily running of the CRM team alongside the CCC & Relationships Manager.
  • Operational Updates: Keep the CRM team up to date with any operational changes that can impact the team and the business.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Contribute to management reports and people metrics on a monthly and weekly basis.
  • Workshop Delivery: Assist in the design and delivery of Executive workshops along with the CCC & CRM Manager.
  • Data Integrity: Oversee the integrity of the data by working with colleagues to ensure the data from the various systems, and associated business processes, are fit for purpose.
  • Customer Journey Processes: Implement new customer journey processes following a brief from HTML creation to campaign set up.

  • Analytical Skills: Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
  • Adaptability: Strong work ethic and adaptable to change.
  • Time Management: Ability to work to tight deadlines to achieve the business needs.
  • Problem Solving: Able to react positively to organisational and market changes.
  • Planning and Problem Solving: Good analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
What We Offer

An annual salary of £22,000-£25,000 is on offer, where full training and support is provided to fast track your progress. You will also be offered discounted MOTs, Service, and Parts along with entitlement to a generous company car scheme.
