We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Data Executive to join our growing Digital function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM and data analysis, with experience in executing multi-channel campaigns and leveraging data to inform opportunities for personalization and conversion optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with the Senior CRM Manager to deliver strategic projects and manage 3rd party relationships.
  • Support the development of the CRM strategy aligned with the company's objectives and customer-centric approach, including analyzing customer data to build out segmentation and lifecycle strategy.
  • Be the subject matter expert on the ideal customer experience, leveraging data to inform opportunities for personalization and conversion optimization.
  • Support the wider CRM team in the delivery of their projects.
  • Execute a testing plan across trading, brand, and automated email flows to optimize performance.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in a CRM/Email role where you have executed multi-channel campaigns, ideally with app experience.
  • Track record in CRM in a digital-first or tech environment.
  • Skilled in HTML and CSS.
