CRM & Database Executive Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CRM & Database Executive to join our team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our CRM team, you will be responsible for providing operational support to colleagues and contributing to the daily running of the CRM team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support to colleagues throughout the CRM and CCC teams.
  • Deal effectively and efficiently with CRM issues, including customer complaints and resolution.
  • Contribute to and support the daily running of the CRM team alongside the CCC & Relationships Manager.
  • Keep the CRM team up to date with any operational changes that can impact the team and the business.
  • Contribute to management reports and people metrics on a monthly and weekly basis.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of Executive workshops along with the CCC & CRM Manager.
  • Oversee the integrity of the data by working with colleagues to ensure the data from the various systems and associated business processes are fit for purpose.
  • Implement new customer journey processes following a brief from HTML creation to campaign set up.
Requirements:
  • Able to plan, organise and meet agreed work deadlines.
  • Good listener with the ability to advise and support our teams.
  • Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines to achieve the business needs.
  • Able to react positively to organisational and market changes.
  • Good analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
What We Offer:

An annual salary of £22,000-£25,000 is on offer, where full training and support is provided to fast track your progress. You will also be offered discounted MOTs, Service, and Parts along with entitlement to a generous company car scheme.
