We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM & Database Executive to join our team. As a key member of our CRM and Contact Centre Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of CRM systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities:- Database Management: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of marketing data, including data extractions, CRM issue management, and GDPR compliance.
- Operational Support: Assist in the daily running of the CRM team, resolve customer complaints, and support the implementation of new customer journey processes.
- Reporting & Analysis: Contribute to management reports, deliver data extracts for marketing campaigns, and monitor key performance metrics.
- Team Coordination: Support team development through reviews, monitoring absence and holidays, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CRM team.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to plan, organize, and meet work deadlines efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Adaptability: Capable of reacting positively to changes in the market and organizational structure.
