Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Niwaki. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing initiatives that drive business growth and engagement.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns, web performance, and social media marketing efforts. You will work closely with our Head of Marketing to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads and social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Work with our Content Team to develop and implement content marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with our Tech Development Manager to implement website updates and ensure seamless integration with our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong background in managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns.
  • High level of proficiency in managing and interpreting campaign data, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, with experience in running paid social media campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing, with a strong understanding of customer data and web traffic.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
