Digital Marketing Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Venator Recruitment. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive business growth and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance
* Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant platforms
* Analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools and reporting dashboards to identify optimization opportunities
* Make data-driven recommendations and implement strategic adjustments to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI
* Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including platform updates and emerging technologies

**Requirements**

* Demonstrated expertise in both PPC and paid social advertising platforms
* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, campaign budgeting, and media buying strategies
* In-depth analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform strategic decision-making
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
