About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a driven and customer-focused individual to take on a leadership role and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing a team of 5 technicians, 1 apprentice, 2 service advisors, and 1 driver, ensuring that the department operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and control the day-to-day running of the Service Reception, Service Administration office, MOT Bays, Workshop, and Valeting Department.
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians, apprentices, service advisors, and drivers to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- A competitive salary of £35-40k basic, with an achievable OTE of £60-65k.
