About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding targets in the luxury automotive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Exceptional Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Overfinch vehicles, including Land Rover base models and Overfinch enhancement products.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest manufacturing processes and technologies.
    • Participate in regular product training to maintain expertise.
  • Networking and Social Media Activity
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and influencers.
    • Identify and attend relevant networking events and conferences.
    • Engage in regular social media activity to promote Overfinch and build brand awareness.
  • The Sale of New and Used Vehicles to Retail Customers
    • Respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments for vehicle viewings and test drives.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
    • Work closely with the Head of Sales Administration and Data Management to maximize customer prospecting opportunities.
  • The Sale of Vehicle Parts and Conversion Packages to Retail Customers
    • Respond to customer inquiries and process sales of vehicle enhancement parts.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing and new customers.
    • Work closely with warehouse staff to manage stock levels and lead times.
  • The Sale of New and Used Vehicles, Vehicle Parts and Conversion Packages to Sports, Media, Entertainment and HNW Customers
    • Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals and sports, media, and entertainment professionals.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments for vehicle viewings and test drives.
    • Work closely with warehouse staff to manage stock levels and lead times.
  • Maintaining an Awareness of Vehicle Finance Options
    • Ensure that vehicle finance is discussed with every customer.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle finance options and regulations.
  • Carrying out Vehicle Handovers with Customers
    • Attend vehicle handovers at customer locations.
    • Configure new vehicles to customer specifications.
    • Ensure that customers understand the features and benefits of their vehicle.
  • Managing and Maintaining Customer Information Through the Company Database System
    • Maintain accurate records of customer information, including contact details.
    • Work in accordance with data protection laws and regulations.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Education to degree level in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least five years' progressive experience in automotive or luxury sales.
  • Demonstrable ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Experience in line managing or supervising staff is desirable.
  • Awareness of the Overfinch brand and/or a willingness to learn.
  • Significant experience working with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work as part of a team under your own initiative.
  • Ability to set, implement, and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Awareness and understanding of data protection laws.
  • Fully qualified, clean UK driving license.
