Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and profitability, while providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge of Overfinch vehicles, including luxury Land Rover models and bespoke enhancement products.
  • Network and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, sports personalities, and influential figures.
  • Sell new and used luxury vehicles, vehicle parts, and conversion packages to retail customers.
  • Expand our current client base and establish new client relationships.
  • Maintain awareness of vehicle finance options and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Carry out vehicle handovers with customers, including appraisals and configuration of new vehicles.
  • Manage and maintain customer information through our company database system.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Education to degree level in Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • At least five years' progressive experience in luxury automotive or sales.
  • Demonstrable ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Experience of line managing or supervising staff is desirable.
  • Significant experience working with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work as part of a team under your own initiative.
  • Awareness and understanding of data protection laws.
  • Full, clean UK driving license.
