Internal Sales Executive Role

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Obscurant Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary of £27,980
  • Uncapped commission scheme with OTE of c£35,000
  • 4-week training programme to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home
  • Excellent benefits package, including 30 days holiday, Bupa cash back plan, and pension scheme

Shift Rota

We operate a shift rota, with the following schedule:

  • 9am to 5pm for 3 weeks
  • 12pm to 8pm for 1 week
  • 1x Saturday every 3 weeks, with overtime available
