Facilities Management Assistant Position
We are pleased to present an opportunity for a Facilities Management Assistant within our organization. This role focuses on overseeing the Reception Desk and utilizing a computerized helpdesk system to address maintenance requests.
This is a part-time position requiring 24 hours of work per week, following a 4 on 4 off schedule. The compensation package is competitive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver reception services and maintain accurate visitor logs
- Coordinate on-site operations and administrative tasks
- Oversee security and safety protocols
- Manage student conduct and access to facilities
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and residents
We seek candidates who possess prior experience in a comparable role, outstanding communication abilities, and a collaborative approach. Flexibility in working hours is also essential.
