Job Overview
Position: Mandarin Fluent Financial Accountant
Company: ELP Consult Ltd.

This position involves a comprehensive array of financial accounting duties, including processing, reviewing, and oversight responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage core accounting systems daily, ensuring accurate entry and execution of operations as needed;

· Support the preparation of regular reports for both Head Office and local regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;

· Generate daily management information reports, monitor key performance indicators, and assist in gathering data for audit and tax-related activities;

· Oversee expense management, suspense accounts, and cash flow, while compiling necessary financial statistics;

· Ensure reconciliation of Nostro, Vostro, and security custodian accounts is completed accurately;

· Assist in the management of fixed assets and participate in additional projects as directed by the Head of Department;

· Ensure that transaction records and data are maintained accurately and promptly;

· Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.



Qualifications

EDUCATION:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

· ACCA or ACA qualification (or partially qualified) is preferred

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

· At least 2 years of relevant experience within a banking environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel

· Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English
