Director of Marketing Operations

Join our team at Regional Office United Kingdom as we seek a highly skilled Director of Marketing Operations to lead our marketing efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate annual campaign calendars, including B2C, B2B, and M&E campaigns, to effectively communicate our brand's strategies and messaging.
  • Identify commercial initiatives and opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
  • Manage and lead the UK and NL Regional Marketing teams, working closely with local General Managers and hotel teams to deliver 90-day plans and ongoing activities.
  • Participate in marketing, PR, commercial, and operational meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and execute regional PR strategies and activities to maintain a strong brand presence.
  • Oversee and direct photo, video, and multimedia shoots across our estate to ensure high-quality content.
  • Track and report on marketing activity and results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and update hotel content matrices, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across all online platforms and listings.
  • Support the VP Brand & Content Marketing and other team members in preparing for and delivering new hotels, restaurants, and products to market.
  • Provide and share relevant industry and competitor data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage PR and Marketing Managers in both the UK and NL regions.
  • Collaborate with the Brand, Guest, and Digital Experience team on initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
