About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Liaise. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily tasks, using the training provided to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship, accompanying individuals on social visits, family visits, and days out to local attractions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of individual's progress and activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and external organizations to ensure seamless support and care.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and prioritizing the well-being of vulnerable individuals.
  • Effective decision-making and judgment skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Able to achieve all Health & Safety standards.
