HR Support Specialist

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR administrative support to the HR team, including managing onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating with staff members, and assisting with payroll data entry.
- Generate ad-hoc reports using Microsoft Excel and perform a variety of general HR administrative tasks.
- Oversee a busy HR inbox and coordinate with relevant staff members to ensure timely responses to queries.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a great work-life balance.
