HR Advisor Position

Copello Global has partnered with an established Air Traffic Management business to recruit an HR Advisor. This role offers excellent training and development opportunities for someone looking to progress in their career.

This role may be suitable for someone currently working in an HR Advisor position or an HR Officer/Assistant position looking for the next step. The HR Advisor plays a crucial role in partnering with the business and supporting the broader HR team to execute the HR agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely HR advice to line managers and employees.
  • Interpret policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee relations.
  • Maintain company business systems related to employee data and policies to ensure compliance.
  • Deliver added value to the wider HR team.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HR Information Systems.
  • Excellent communicator with all levels of staff and management, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to be an effective organizer, able to initiate, provide solutions, prioritize, and organize workload without regular supervision.
  • Knowledge of Workday.
  • Policy development and process mapping.
  • Employee welfare support.

This role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements (ideally a minimum of 2 days onsite) and a competitive remuneration package.
