**Job Summary**

Per Temps Network Group is seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their team. As a Personal Injury Fee Earner, you will be responsible for progressing your own case loads efficiently to satisfy clients and maximize the firm's interests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Effectively utilize the firm's case management system to manage your case load.
  • Liaise with referrers and manage their expectations regarding quality and service.
  • Take initial instructions from clients and assess the validity of their claims.
  • Investigate liability and assess quantum, liaising with counsel and insurers as necessary.
  • Draft court documents and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Provide weekly reports to team managers and train new staff as required.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Basic typing and computer skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
