Personal Injury EL PL Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury EL PL Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims, providing expert advice to clients, and negotiating settlements with insurers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, including vetting claims at initial stages and assessing funding requirements.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on their claims, including assessing limitation, liability, and causation.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurers, including drafting court documents and evidence gathering.
  • Work closely with referrers and manage their expectations on quality and service.
  • Collaborate with Counsel and instruct them as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Valid file handling experience and litigation experience.
  • Ability to effectively manage a caseload and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
