E-Learning Specialist

Randstad Student Support is seeking dedicated professionals to provide one-to-one study skills support to students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs) at the University of St. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in students' academic journeys.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide learning support and academic guidance to students with SpLDs
- Build on comprehension skills within reading and writing
- Work with students to identify ways of helping them build on their learning strengths
- Develop and maintain a confidential and professional working relationship with students
- Manage a caseload of students and ensure timely support
- Experience of working with clients with specific learning difficulties
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify ways of helping students to build on their learning strengths
- Punctuality and reliability
- Good organisational skills
- Flexible working hours
- Competitive hourly rate of £28 plus accrued holiday pay
