Academic Support Specialist

Randstad Student Support is seeking dedicated professionals to provide one-to-one study skills support to students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs) at the University of St.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in students' academic journeys. Successful candidates must be flexible and able to deliver both in-person and online support sessions, with the ability to travel to the university as needed to meet student needs.
As a Specialist-one-to-one Study Skills Support Worker, you will provide learning support and academic guidance. Key responsibilities include:
- Building on comprehension skills within reading and writing
- Providing learning support and academic guidance
- Identifying ways of helping students to build on their learning strengths whilst maintaining a confidential and professional working relationship
