As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Rontec, you will be instrumental in enhancing our online visibility. From crafting engaging social media initiatives to optimizing our website for peak performance, you will be at the helm of our digital marketing efforts.

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • To formulate a cohesive and consistent digital marketing strategy for fuel, retail, and wash services;
  • To enhance brand recognition with a particular emphasis on electric vehicle initiatives;
  • To assess the necessity for a loyalty application and its potential development, particularly concerning valet services;
  • To establish an online presence across various digital platforms including Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn;
  • To maintain and enhance the corporate website;
  • To evaluate and refine the company’s data structure.

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • To investigate new media opportunities and their potential advantages for Rontec;
  • To monitor social media discussions and report to senior management on relevant content regarding Rontec;
  • To cultivate and advance social media engagement;
  • To propose brand awareness initiatives and establish agreed KPIs for assessing their success in both the short and long term;
  • To ensure that the corporate website adheres to all best practice standards and requirements;
  • To advise senior management on emerging digital media trends;
  • To research, recommend, and, if suitable, develop a loyalty application for various Rontec sales activities;
  • To thoroughly document all aspects of Rontec's digital media presence;
  • To enhance data analysis through improved coordination and integration of multiple data sources.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • To ensure that the scope and scale of Rontec's digital media presence is accurately recorded and regularly updated;
  • To ensure that, whenever feasible, Rontec's digital footprint remains positive;
  • To ensure that Rontec's accounts on all digital platforms are consistently updated and functioning optimally;
  • To assist other departments in leveraging digital media for purposes such as sales and recruitment;
  • To maintain the corporate website's availability 24/7 with timely and appropriate content updates;

EXPERIENCE / ATTRIBUTES

  • Preferred graduate with a relevant degree;
  • Essential proficiency in Microsoft Office products;
  • Good working knowledge of CRM and data manipulation tools is essential;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
