Our mission is to provide support based on the principles of choice, dignity, and respect, reflecting our vision of 'Your Life, Your Choice' and our strategy 'Best Lives Possible'.

Our Values

We are passionate about recruiting individuals who share our values: We Include, We Deliver, We Aspire, We Respect, and We Enable. These values are at the heart of everything we do, ensuring we deliver high-quality, consistent care and support. We look for people with patience, empathy, compassion, and sensitivity to others, a strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, determination, problem-solving skills, and resilience.

About the Role

We are seeking an Advanced Support Worker to join our team in the Banbury/Oxford area. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to individuals with epilepsy, autism, and learning disabilities, helping them to live fulfilling lives. You will work in a supported living service, supporting people in their separate bungalows and shared accommodation. As an Advanced Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. You will be responsible for providing person-centered support, promoting independence, and enabling individuals to achieve their goals. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our service users receive the highest quality of care and support.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.74 per hour, flexible shift patterns, and the opportunity to develop your career with a leading health and social care charity. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
