Job Summary

We are seeking a female Support Worker to join our team at Brandon Trust in Adderbury. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living skills, accessing their communities, and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empower individuals to live the lives they want to lead
  • Develop daily living skills and support individuals to access their communities
  • Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and external professionals
  • Maintain the health needs of individuals
Requirements
  • Hold a full manual driving licence
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have a positive and patient approach
  • Be resilient and respect people's differences
  • Be able to build professional relationships
  • Work well as part of a team
