Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Banbury. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with diverse needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes dignity and respect
