  • Accurately record special orders and maintain proper inventory levels.
  • Assist in maintaining the bakery backroom, cooler, and freezer efficiency.
  • Assemble necessary baking ingredients and prepare for baking operations.

Requirements

  • 6-12 months of experience in a bakery or related industry.
  • Successful completion of a job-specific skills assessment or the Giant Eagle Apprenticeship program.
  • No high school diploma required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Age requirement: at least 18 years old.
