  • With a strong background in fine dining, you will oversee the pastry section, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date product and menu knowledge, providing support to other team members as required.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for portion and quality control, ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets the highest standards.
