Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee the preparation of meals for our students and staff. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a kitchen team, developing menus, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the kitchen team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our students and staff
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Manage food budgets and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with the school's management team to ensure that the kitchen operates in line with the school's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a similar setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on developing menus that meet the dietary needs of our students and staff
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations, with the ability to maintain high standards in the kitchen
  • Ability to manage food budgets and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources
