Head of Events

Park Village is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Events to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing events, and maximizing revenue for our unique and versatile events space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from event spaces. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Event Production: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote in-house production services. Source and manage a network of freelance event professionals.
  • Event Management Operations: Oversee all aspects of event operations, collaborate with suppliers to ensure seamless event execution, and review scheduled events to proactively address potential challenges.
  • Team Leadership: Work in conjunction with the studio manager and studio team to ensure the successful delivery of all events. Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities for team members.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review monthly financial statements, analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost-savings, and develop and manage event budgets.

Park Village offers a unique and versatile events space with 10,000 sq. ft. of flexible space, state-of-the-art AV, commercial kitchen, and full in-house production capabilities.
