Position Overview: Our client is looking for a Junior Fire Restoration Technician to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role involves working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for paid overtime during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the removal of fixtures and fittings from residential properties affected by fire and water damage.
  • Setting up drying equipment and heat pads to facilitate restoration processes.
  • Collecting and managing restoration equipment as needed.

Training and Development: In this position, you will receive comprehensive training to become a qualified Fire Restoration Technician. This includes on-the-job training and participation in relevant courses and certifications to enhance your skills.

Candidate Profile: Ideal candidates will have experience in a construction, labor, or similar role involving building materials. We also welcome applicants with strong customer service skills, experience in equipment installation, or related fields.

Requirements: A full, clean driving license is essential, as travel to various customer locations is a key part of the job.
