Position: Supply Chain Support Analyst - Temporary Role
This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 3-6 months.
Work will be hybrid, with initial on-site training required.
Standard working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Free parking is available.
Compensation is set at an hourly rate of £12.82.
Proficiency in Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables, is essential.
You will be part of a team of 8, contributing to a larger group of 20.
Previous experience in supply chain management is not mandatory.
Role Overview: The Supply Chain Support Analyst will assist in the daily operations of the supply chain, focusing on the management of stock flow for designated product categories. Responsibilities include overseeing stock replenishment through automated systems or manual allocations, forecasting stock needs, and ensuring optimal stock levels at both retail and distribution centers to meet demand and achieve stock availability targets.
- Assist the supply chain team in establishing effective forecasting and replenishment processes to enhance product availability.
- Achieve inventory targets that align with sales objectives across various channels.
- Process import and domestic orders as needed.
- Manage order proposals generated by forecasting systems.
- Input product data for Distribution Centers and online platforms.
- Ensure timely order placement and adjustments, maintaining accurate system data.
- Document all orders, including those raised, modified, shipped, and received.
- Generate reports for the Stock Team regarding order management and product flow.
- Oversee compliance with requirements for both international and domestic vendors.
- Support Supply Chain Analysts with administrative tasks related to import and domestic operations.
- Evaluate and improve internal and external processes and procedures.
- Provide training to team members on proper procedures and documentation.
- Ensure accurate data entry and adherence to deadlines.
- Utilize available tools and reports to manage store replenishment effectively.
