Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts and agreements. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to negotiate, draft, and review key contracts, ensuring effective risk management and resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Negotiate and draft key contracts with business stakeholders.
  • Assist with litigation matters, ensuring effective risk management and resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and provide practical, commercially sound legal solutions.
  • Collaborate with external legal advisers when necessary and manage legal processes efficiently.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE.
  • Strong background in commercial law, with experience handling contracts and ideally some exposure to litigation.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in collaboration with various departments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Previous in-house experience is advantageous but not essential.
