Position Overview

The University of Oxford's Department for Continuing Education is looking for a dedicated Course Coordinator to join its Postgraduate Taught Student Administration team.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a vital part in the administration of the PGCert Ecological Survey Techniques program, which may evolve over time.

Your responsibilities will encompass the entire student lifecycle, including managing admissions, overseeing on-course administration, and addressing post-course inquiries, such as transcript requests.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the PGCert Ecological Survey Techniques program will possess strong organizational and administrative capabilities.

You should demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, the ability to adapt to deadlines, and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Proficiency in various standard IT applications is essential, along with the ability to quickly learn new IT systems.
