Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate POS projects and briefs from inception through to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks efficiently to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Generating POS Quotations: Prepare and submit detailed quotations for Point of Sale (POS) projects for client approval, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Cost Savings and Efficiency: Analyse current processes and expenditures to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies, maximising value for both the company and clients.
  • Quoting for New Opportunities: Develop and generate competitive quotes for potential print and display projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing multiple client accounts
  • Experience overseeing and translating client briefs for marketing solutions
  • Experience within the POS sector
  • Experience with financial and budget management
  • Experience in and knowledge of print
  • Extensive experience communicating with clients and customers
  • Experience in Business Development is desirable but not essential
